1. Click
on “+” Icon on main dashboard after login.
2. Click
on “+ Task” tab in Dropdown.
3. Click on Project heading in Add New Task form.
4. Select Project Category, Project Code & Title (mandatory).
5. Select Project Stage (If any)
6. Select Task Type (mandatory).
7. Type Task Description (mandatory).
8. Select Assignee - if employee not selected, task will be seen in
un-assigned section.
9. Select Task Dependency (If any).
10. Select Start Date ((if want to update
or else in auto deadline date of selected task in dependency will display)).
11. Select Deadline (mandatory if employee is selected).
12. Click
on Additional Details
13. Select Task Priority (mandatory).
14. Enter or Select Hours (if any) in Estimated Section.
15. Select Mins. (if any) in Estimated
Section.
16. Enter Days (if any) in Estimated
Section
17. Type Remarks (if any).
18. Click on “+” icon to add URL (if any URL needs to link with
task).
19. Type “URL”
20. Attach Media (if any).
21. Click on Save to add Project Task.
22. Now you can view your added task in Un - assigned Tab in Task List &
Project Task List respectively.
